How Credits Work
Credits are the currency of the Fere platform. Chat queries and most scheduled actions use dynamic pricing based on complexity. Market Pulse is fixed at 70 credits for 24h or 40 credits for 12h. Your current credit balance is always visible in the top-right corner of the screen.| Action | Credit Cost |

Free Credits
Fere gives you credits for free so you can start exploring the platform immediately — no credit card required.Signup Bonus
Every new user receives 200 credits the moment they create an account. Enough to explore every feature.
14-Day Window
Signup credits are valid for 14 days. Unused signup credits expire after that — purchased credits never expire.
Referral Credits
Earn 200 credits per successful referral (after your friend’s eligible spend crosses the threshold). Referral credits are spent after signup credits. Each grant can expire after 14 days if you complete no agent queries in that window — see Refer & Earn.
Purchased Credits
Credits you buy via credit packs never expire. They stay in your account until you use them.
Subscriptions
Need credits every month? Subscribe to Lite, Pro, or Whale for a recurring allowance, better top-up bonuses, and more credits per dollar than one-off packs.

Need more credits? Purchase a credit pack from the Top up credits section on Pricing. Click “Add Credits” from the profile menu (top-right avatar) or other low-credit prompts to jump there.| Pack | Credits | Effective Rate |

Open Top Up Credits
Click your profile avatar (top-right) → “Add Credits”, or go directly to /pricing?section=topup.
Choose Payment Method
Select Pay with card for Stripe Checkout, or Pay with crypto to use tokens from your Fere wallet.
Select Payment Token
If paying with crypto, choose which chain (Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Solana, BNB, Polygon) and token to pay with.
Pay With Card or Crypto. Card top-ups use Stripe Checkout. Crypto top-ups are not limited to stablecoins — you can pay using any token on any supported chain, and Fere handles the conversion.
